Affinity Models & Talent Agency is a licensed, bonded, SAG Franchised Talent Agency representing the best talent in Film,Television, Literary, Music and Comedy.

We've been in business for more than 10 years and are actively seeking new unpaid interns who will have the ability to learn multiple levels of the talent agency/entertainment business in a very short period of time.

Interviews will take place with Administrative Coordinator Erich Smith, followed by interview with Talent Agent, Ross Grossman, BFA (UCLA Film School), MA.

1. LOS ANGELES, CA: Talent Agency has several TALENT AGENCY INTERNSHIPS

Licensed, bonded, SAG Franchised Model & Talent Agency with over 10
years in the business, with divisions in Film/TV,Fashion,Print,Literary,
Comedy, Music seeks highly motivated friendly and vibrant intern with a
an eagerness to learn all facets of the
industry (and it wouldnt hurt to have apassion for fashion or at least have a 'hip' sensibility.
Seeking a positive, stable individual that can multi-task.
Friendly phone manners a must!

Duties are many and varied. Interns with an interest in the Literary
aspect of representation are especially preferred.

Duties may include: driving and delivering scripts. Must have a good
working car and good insurance. There is no reimbursement for gas.
Driving around to various entertaintment companies, stars, etc, will
give the intern invaluable information and comfort level with various
players in the business.

Other duties may include:
compiling headshots/comps/resumes, reading scripts for consideration and writing
'coverage.'Contacting casting people to try to arrange auditions,calling
talent for auditions, take messages and contact clients when needed.
Assisting staff with day to day operations; Mail, email or fax out
paperwork to clients and new faces, update client database,

Other potential duties: Help submit our literary clients for work. Pitch
clients to casting directors and creative executives. Pitch musician
clients to music supervisors. Pitch comedy clients to clubs and
corporate events.

This is a 'cozy' office and the applicant may be involved in all stages
of company.
This is hands on and great experience in the literary,fashion, music,
and talent industries.
That said we are a relatively small, friendly office and work as a team
to ensure that our clients receive the best service we are able to
provide. If you feel that you are able to meet the requirements we would

Successful applicants will require a high level of interpersonal skills.

Applicants need to be open to direction, quick to learn and be able to
cope with deadlines. We work on several projects at one time and so
multi-tasking is a must.

Interns wear many hats. There are various projects assigned to interns
based on what is in need of organization at the time.
Must have good computer and verbal skills. Knowledge of casting
procedures. general knowledge of entertainment industry. Writing skills
preferred.

Interns must be self-starters, motivated people that are creative and
flexible. Participants must possess a strong knowledge and interest in
PR and marketing, impeccable phone skills, organizational skills, and
Internet savvy.

A great opportunity for motivated individuals to become familiar with
the inner workings of an agency and of the TV/Film business.

This is a non-paying position. The student will be required to work out
of our Los Angeles, CA location. (less than a mile from The Grove
shopping center)

Intern sets his/her own hours to coincide with our work schedules.

2. STORY ANALYST/SCRIPT & MANUSCRIPT READER INTERNSHIPS: Literary Department of Talent Agency seeks experienced readers/Story Analysts to write coverage and hopefully influence the Literary representation of talented writers.

Experience as a script reader or film school background preferred.

In addition to reading scripts and writing coverage, duties might include pick up and delivery of scripts.

Licensed, bonded, SAG Franchised Model & Talent Agency with over 10 years in the business, with divisions in Film/TV,Fashion,Print, Comedy, Music seeks highly motivated friendly and vibrant READER INTERNS with a track record of reading/story analysis and or writing scripts.

MUST HAVE DOCUMENTABLE, SUBSTANTIAL EXPERIENCE WITH READING OR FILM PROJECT BACKGROUND.

This is hands on and great experience in the literary/screenplay industry. Exceptional Readers or STORY ANALYSTS go on to work in creative jobs as Story Editors, Development Executives in the Film and Television industry.

Applicants need to be open to direction, quick to learn and be able to cope with deadlines.
Knowledge of casting procedures. general knowledge of entertainment industry. Superior writing skills are mandatory

Reader Interns must be self-starters, motivated people that are creative and flexible. Participants must possess a strong knowledge and interest in film and television, impeccable phone skills, organizational skills, and Internet savvy.

The right candidates will be able to talk about story structure, character arcs, plot points or story points and so on.
Intern Reader candidate sets his/her own hours to coincide with our work schedules.
