JOB 1. Affinity Promo Experience is seeking Brand Advocates in AZ,CA,CO,FL,IA,ID,IL,MI,MO,MT,ND,NE,NJ,OH,OR,PA,SC,TX,UT,VA,VT,WA,WI for a well known housewares product (Hint-its a robot and it cleans).

Note--this is a W-2 status job, not a 1099 Independent Contractor.
WE HAVE LOTS OF DATES FOR YOU! This is 8 Weeks of Work potentially with 3 partial days per week!
Dates in-store (These are all Friday, Saturday and Sunday Shifts). (In terms of gross, this pays about $250 per week x 8 weeks = around $2,000 gross. PLUS if you work all shifts assigned you get to keep the cleaning robot ($250 value)

Friday 3:30pm- 8pm
Sat 12-4:30pm

*8 hours of paid training
Rate of Pay $19/hr (Bonus- if you complete full project (all stores assigned to you-- will keep one of the houseware products--a cleaning robot-- worth $$$)
You must successfully pass a background check.
MISC. & OTHER INFO
Staff must be able to complete the 8 hours of training prior to execution
Staff must be able to complete all on-boarding within a 24 hour window and must have access to a laptop or computer as the information cannot be completed on a mobile device/tablet
Staff must be able to commit to the entire schedule (there is some flexibility on scheduling, if need be)
Staff should be made aware that they will be inside of a store environment interacting with consumers.
Staff must be technology savvy as they will be working in multiple systems and the majority of training will be online

PROGRAM DETAILS
Brand Advocates will be working at (3) store locations in their market to provide demos to consumers on various products
Store locations:
Large Retail and Warehouse stores ( you know the ones)
Candidates should be well-spoken, engaging, comfortable talking to consumers and discussing key features of the product
· Complete all required training within established timelines
· Complete all scheduled shifts, including clocking in/out as per given guidelines
BA EXPERIENCE
· Previous retail experience a plus
· Small appliances / electronics experience in retail - not a must, but a huge plus
